The workshop starts at 3:30 pm where some of the members of the society will guide through the fundamentals of Javanese Gamelan music. Whether a seasoned musician or a curious novice, all are welcome to explore Gamelan's intricate rhythms and cultural heritage. The workshop will be followed by a performance at 6:30 pm. This will run for approximately an hour or two, and the audience is welcome to come and go as they please at any time of the performance, as is traditional in Gamelan concerts.
