The Bate Museum is delighted to welcome you to their recital series, featuring performances on the wonderful instruments available to the students from the collection.

In this recital, student Francois Cloete will perform a programme of Haydn, Bach, Beethoven and Sweelinck, on the Heironymus Albert Hass Clavichord from 1743.

Haydn: Sonata in B Minor Hob.XVI:32

C.P.E. Bach: Sonata I (Probe-Stücke)

Beethoven: Sonata in G Major, Op. 14/2

Places are limited and the audience will be admitted on a first come, first served basis.

Intermezzo Chamber Choir Summer Concert

The Intermezzo choir will be singing "Songs of Resistance", including eye-opening music from or about the oppressed and unfortunate in South Africa, Haiti, Ireland, the American south, Soviet-occupied Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia, and of course ancient Babylon.
