Congratulations to second-year student Rosie Sutton who has won third prize at the Stephen Sondheim Society Student Performer of the Year. The annual competition, which is in its 18th year, took place in the West End's Sondheim Theatre.

Whittled down from over 350 auditionees and 12 finalists, Rosie (St Hilda's, 2024) took third place for her performance of Getting Married Today" from Company. Rosie was the only university student to reach the final, which is normally made up exclusively of conservatoire or drama school students. Previous winners include Taron Egerton and Erin Doherty.
