Alumna Angharad Thomas appointed to Royal Academy of Music

Many congratulations to alumna Angharad Thomas (New College, 2011) who has been appointed Professor of Bassoon in the woodwind department of the Royal Academy of Music. After completing her BA, Angharad returned to Oxford to undertake a Masters in Performance from 2014-15. She then went on to complete further postgraduate study at the Academy. Alongside her new role, Angharad is also Principal 2nd Bassoon of the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra.
