21st Century Relaxation Tape is a BBC Radio 4 programme by Professor Jennifer Walshe. This innovative episode explores the sounds we use to relax - such as ASMR, brown noise, and binaural beats - and raises questions about how much these can have an effect on our brains and bodies. The recording also features contributions from music student Max Blansjaar (St Catherine's College 2021).

Jennifer Walshe is Professor of Composition at the Faculty of Music and Fell and Tutor in Music at Worcester College. Her music has been commissioned, broadcast and performed all over the world. She has been the recipient of fellowships and prizes from the Foundation for Contemporary Arts, New York, the DAAD Berliner Künstlerprogramm, the Internationales Musikinstitut, Darmstadt and Akademie Schloss Solitude among others.
